For the BEST possible photo book, we recommend a minimum of 20 pages, but your book comes with 40 pages, so you may as well use them! The maximum pages for one photo book is 400.
3. Can I order additional copies of my book at a later date?
Yes, but the price will increase slightly. You always get the BEST value when you order all the duplicates at the same time. We keep all photo books on file for a year should you, family or friends wish to purchase additional copies. So, think about all the gifts you may need for the entire year and consider making those purchases now to get the very best price on your photo books.
4. Can I design my own cover?
The dust jacket consists of one image, the book title (The Picasso Kid), and the artist's name. You choose the image you would like printed on the cover. In additon, you choose an image for the back flap and compose a personal message.
5. What is the turn around time for a book?
From the moment we receive your order, we will begin making your photo book and let you know when it has been completed. We will email you to let you know when it is shipped. Each photo book is a masterpiece to us, so we take the time to do it right and give every shipment a tracking number. You can track your order (link at top of home page) on our website once it has been shipped (online orders only).
Turnaround time varies during the year. Our average turn-around time is 3-4 weeks from the time we receive your order to the time it is in your hands.
6. What constitutes a page?
When we refer to pages we are referring to sides. For example, page 1 is the right sided page that starts the book, page 2 (left side of the book) would be the flip side of page 1.
7. How do I organize and submit my captions?
Give all your images a number and use the corresponding numbers for the capitons. Please type your captions on a separate page and submit with your order.
8. Can I specify the order of artwork for my book?
Yes, if you know exactly how you want your photo book to look. If not, let our BEST designers create a visually stunning book for you and your loved ones! (That’s what they're here for, after all!)
9. Why do we need to agree to an artwork release?
Your child owns the copyright to his/her original artwork, however, we own the copyright to your published photo book. Giving us permission to use the artwork to create a photo book protects everyone. We are asking your permission to have non-exclusive, royalty free use of their images.
